Guadalupe County Warrant RecordsGuadalupe County Warrant Records

Use the court named on the paper. Records are not held in one office. The Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office handles its warrant service route, while the County Clerk and District Clerk keep different court files. A JP or city ticket belongs with the court that issued it. This is a private reference resource, not a government office or live-search service. The contacts below are the official places to ask about status, filing, payment, or a copy of a record.

This Is Not a Government Office. This site cannot verify a warrant, recall process, accept payment, arrange surrender, or provide legal advice. For an official answer, call the Sheriff or court that controls the case.

Where Official Warrant Questions Go

Choose the office tied to the case. For a possible District or County Court warrant, the Sheriff may route an enforcement question, while the clerk keeps the docket. For a citation, use the JP precinct or city court printed on the notice.

The countywide Texas Public Information Act form permits mail, fax, or email to the proper official. Request a specific document; a records request is not a same-day status check.
